Harvest Moon Salmon Bake

The days are growing shorter and the harvest moon will be shining brightly on Sunday, September 16th over the fields at Jodar Farm for the fourth annual Harvest Moon Salmon Bake. Besides the moon and stars shining down, whole pacific salmon baking over an open fire will illuminate the evening and the warm conversations created by community dinning. The entire Jax Fish House kitchen team converges in celebration of the end of the Pacific Northwest salmon season to create one of our most memorable farm dinners of the year.
